When I moved to Maui in 1996 I realized that words were inadequate to describe the beauty around me . I purchased my first camera and began to photograph everything in sight.

In 2000, as an iron worker in San Francisco Bay Area, my focus opened up to include architecture. Since my move back to Maui in 2005, my focus has shifted again to nature and capturing the essence of the island of Maui; shooting familiar sights from an unfamiliar perspective.

Photography captures a moment in our time; preserving the moment for all time and is never the same, anytime.

It is my hope that these images bring you to experience the same sight from my perspective.
